Job summary

EPAM Systems in Jaipur, India is seeking a Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud Engagement.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST integrations; customize Sales and Service Cloud; build email campaigns with Marketing Cloud; and contribute to solution design, code reviews, testing, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 6 to 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform customization, integrations, and automation.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement, including campaign development and customer journeys.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and source control practices.
• Proficiency in Triggers, Integrations - REST APIs, SOQL & SOSL.
• Skills in Campaign Management, Email Deliverability, Email Personalization.
