Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will work with Apex, LWC, and Flows, and integrate via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong knowledge of Agentforce features, and Data Cloud usage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Configure and enhance Agentforce features: Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Actions, and AI-driven use cases.
• Leverage Data Cloud for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with analysts, architects, and other teams.
