Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud Developer in Chennai, India. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Flows, and the Salesforce Platform, while configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to align with business processes.

You will implement Marketing Cloud Engagement campaigns, journeys, and email templates, plus integrations via REST APIs. Experience with Agentforce, Einstein capabilities, and CI/CD is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 6 to 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong customization, integrations, and automation on Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement, including campaigns and journeys.
• Experience with Agile methods and source control practices.
• Proficiency with Triggers, REST APIs, SOQL & SOSL.
• Skills in Campaign Management, Email Deliverability, Email Personalization.
