Melhor Group in Goa seeks a hardcore Senior Site Engineer – Finishing to take full control of all finishing activities for a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa. You will drive end-to-end execution with zero rework and no supervision dependency.

You will coordinate multiple agencies, manage materials, implement premium standards, and deliver handover-ready finishes on time while maintaining strict quality controls.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hardcore finishing execution experience.
• Experience on luxury hotels, high-rise luxury residential projects, premium commercial projects.
• Strong expertise in high-end finishing execution and detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple finishing agencies simultaneously.
• Understands luxury execution standards and site coordination.
• Can work aggressively under pressure and strict timelines.
• Proactive, execution-focused, solution-oriented and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Finishing Execution Management: end-to-end finishing on site per drawings, specs, and timelines; ensure premium finishes across all areas.
• Contractor Site Coordination: control finishing contractors, vendors, supervisors and manpower; ensure materials and labour availability; push agencies to meet timelines.
• Quality Snag Control: conduct regular inspections; track and close snags; prevent rework; ensure handover-ready quality.
• Planning, Reporting Documentation: daily updates, coordinate with PMs, architects, consultants, and MEP; maintain trackers and reports; ERP-based updates.
• Material Cost Monitoring: monitor usage, coordinate with procurement/stores, verify quantities, align with budgets.
• Safety Compliance: ensure safe practices and clean, organized work areas.

About The Role

This is not a supervision-only role. This is complete finishing execution ownership.

We are looking for a hardcore Senior Site Engineer – Finishing who can take full control of all finishing activities for a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa, and ensure premium-quality execution without delays, excuses, rework, or supervision dependency.

If you cannot manage finishing contractors, maintain luxury standards, coordinate multiple agencies, and deliver high-quality finishes under pressure — this role is not for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Finishing Execution Management

• Handle end-to-end finishing activities on site
• Execute all finishing works as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Ensure premium-quality finishes across all areas
• Coordinate execution of:
• Flooring
• Tiling
• Stone work
• False ceiling
• Painting
• Waterproofing
• Joinery
• Interior finishes
• Facade finishing
• Ensure zero compromise on luxury finish standards

Contractor Site Coordination

• Control finishing contractors, vendors, supervisors, and manpower daily
• Ensure finishing materials and labour are available before work gets impacted
• Push agencies aggressively to achieve timelines
• Identify execution issues before they become site delays
• Maintain strict discipline and accountability on site

Quality Snag Control

• Conduct regular quality inspections and finishing checks
• Maintain high attention to detailing and finishing aesthetics
• Track and close snags aggressively
• Prevent rework through continuous monitoring
• Ensure handover-ready execution standards

Planning, Reporting Documentation

• Prepare daily execution updates and finishing progress reports
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, consultants, and MEP teams
• Maintain execution trackers, pending work reports, and closure reports
• Work efficiently on ERP systems for tracking and reporting
• Maintain professional communication through emails and site coordination reports

Material Cost Monitoring

• Monitor finishing material usage and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability
• Verify contractor work quantities and execution progress
• Ensure execution remains aligned with approved budgets and timelines

Safety Compliance

• Ensure safe execution practices across finishing activities
• Follow approved quality and compliance standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and professionally managed work areas
