ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finishing with strong exposure to building construction and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finishing activities, ensuring quality, timelines, coordination and smooth project handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage finishing works across the project from execution to handover.
• Plan, monitor and control all finishing activities as per project timelines.
• Manage internal and external finishes, including flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, faade, doors & windows, and other finishing packages.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Review drawings, specifications and finishing details and ensure proper execution.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, including manpower and productivity.
• Identify site-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper material planning, availability and utilization for finishing works.
• Conduct inspections and ensure timely rectification of snags and defects.
• Coordinate with MEP and other services teams for interface-related finishing works.
• Ensure proper documentation, quality records and project reporting.
• Drive snagging, de-snagging and final handover activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10–15 years of experience in construction/finishing works.
• Building construction background is mandatory.
• Experience in Residential / Commercial / High-Rise Building Projects will be preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in complete finishing execution and handover.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies and quality standards.
• Strong contractor, consultant and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead finishing teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
