Job summary

Ashapurna Buildcon is seeking a site execution professional to oversee civil, structural, architectural and high-end finishing works for a heritage-style, five-star hospitality project in Jodhpur. You will ensure quality, timely completion and effective coordination with design teams and contractors.

The role requires strong aesthetic sense, expertise in finishing materials, and hands-on management of site operations, with proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with luxury hospitality, resort, residential, or master-plan projects.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail for high-end finishing works.
• Good knowledge of civil construction, architectural finishes, and site execution.
• Knowledge of local finishing materials, vendors, and the Jodhpur/Rajasthan construction ecosystem is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of site operations, contractor management, and inter-trade coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of RCC, civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works at the project site.
• Execute high-end finishes including stone, woodwork, decorative ceilings, and other interior works.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure target-based execution by contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, design consultants, interior designers, and other project teams for seamless integration.
• Coordinate mock-ups and sample approvals and ensure execution as per approved specifications.
• Maintain strict quality control over civil and finishing works and ensure adherence to applicable IS codes and safety standards.
• Liaise with local vendors and subcontractors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Monitor daily site activities, inter-trade coordination, and work progress.
• Prepare accurate and timely daily progress reports.
• Perform any other duties entrusted by management based on project or organizational requirements.
