Raveshia Realtors is seeking an experienced Finishing Engineer for Mumbai, to oversee all interior finishing and fit-out activities across residential and commercial projects. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to design specifications, and timely execution.

The role requires 8-12 years of hands-on experience in interior finishing, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in finishing and fit-out execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction methodologies.
• Experience in handling premium interiors (residential/commercial/retail/hospitality).
• Good understanding of finishing materials, specs and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior/civil drawings.
• Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong coordination, execution, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of site quality control and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple finishing activities while maintaining timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all finishing and fit-out works (flooring, tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, waterproofing, façade finishes, interior works).
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor site progress and timely completion of finishing milestones.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to requirements.
• Review and resolve site-related technical and finishing issues.
• Verify material quality, quantities and contractor performance.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, snag lists, quality and progress reports.
• Coordinate mock-ups, sample approvals and material selections.
• Manage handover activities and closure of snag/punch-list items.
