Laxmi Infra Venture is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil to oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Bhubaneswar. You will ensure site execution aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, safety, and budget, coordinating with PMs, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on RCC, finishing, billing verification, material planning, and daily site reporting experience, with proficiency in reading

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishing and basic MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and execute architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work per approved drawings and specs.
• Monitor progress and report delays or risks to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and labour teams.
• Conduct quality checks for civil, structural, finishing, and waterproofing works.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requirement reports, and verify bills.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.Monitor project progress against planned timelines and report delays or risks to the Project Manager.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and labour teams for smooth site execution.Conduct quality checks for civil, structural, finishing, and waterproofing works.Verify material quantity, quality, usage, and site stock.Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirement reports.Assist in measurement verification and contractor bill checking.Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with project standards.Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with senior engineers and consultants.
