Job summary

Maity Innovations Private Limited is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to oversee residential construction sites, ensuring premium materials, quality checks, and strict safety compliance. You will coordinate across design, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams while maintaining daily logs and liaising with authorities.

The role requires 2–5 years of on-site civil experience, strong reading of drawings, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

2–5 years of on-site civil engineering experience, preferably in residential construction projects.
Proficiency in RCC work, plastering, brickwork, flooring, finishing, and ability to read/interprete construction drawings.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, building codes, permits, and compliance processes (West Bengal/Durgapur preferred).
Attention to detail for ensuring construction quality and safety.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Problem-solving mindset to identify and address site challenges proactively.
Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Ensure the use of specified premium materials (Birla cement, TATA steel, Red Bricks, M15/M20 mixes) and conduct regular quality checks, inspections, and tests.
Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to local authority, municipal standards, and building codes.
Coordinate with design, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams for seamless execution.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, municipal authorities, and update project managers and clients regularly.
Maintain accurate daily logs on manpower, materials, equipment usage, and site conditions.
Report deviations, delays, or issues promptly and oversee corrective measures.
Facilitate and coordinate internal and external site inspections; secure timely approvals from civic authorities.
