Job summary

Landmark Builders Pvt Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Technical Assistant (Civil) to prepare detailed quantity estimates and BOQs for construction projects. You will review drawings, verify bills, assist in cost control, and coordinate with engineers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E preferred), and strong Excel and billing software skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, or construction.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• Good knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, costing, and billing.
• Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
