Qualifications

Assume responsibility of Architectural and Interior works in the project and certify on completion or each stage of the installation of the project.Ensure that the works are carried out as per the specification, approved construction drawing. And confirm that the works are properly inspected at the required stages Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to best practices. Issue and administer non-conformance, corrective action reports as necessary and ensure follow up.Ensure verification of documentation and certificates for material purchased.Check and ensure that required tests are performed and verify its compliance against requirements. Confirm and witness the tests on a random basis. Obtain and verify quality records and maintain it in a traceable, easily retrievable and safe manner. Maintain a proper log for the records. Report quality-related matters to the Project Architect/ Engineer for necessary action.Coordinate site quality inspections, material receiving inspections and reports to the concerned personnel/authority. Control and monitoring inspection and test requirements and data with respect to project specifications.Observing & inspecting site activities to assure a high standard of quality Resolve project issues balancing design sense and practicality
