We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer with hands-on experience in real estate township projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination with contractors and consultants, and proficiency in project documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Carry out site setting-out, leveling, surveying, and layout marking for various construction activities.
• Verify construction drawings, BOQs, and quantities to ensure accuracy before execution.
• Review contractor measurements, bills, and work progress for correctness and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality parameters.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Identify technical issues at the site and provide practical engineering solutions to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction methodologies, local regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement books, material consumption records, and project documentation.
• Monitor material quality and coordinate inspections and testing as per project requirements.
• Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates on construction progress.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination among contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, technical correspondence, and professional email communications.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and execution of township and residential development projects.
• Knowledge of site surveying, leveling, setting out, and quantity verification.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Sound knowledge of RCC, finishing works, infrastructure development, roads, drainage, water supply, and utility services within township projects.
• Good understanding of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
