Paramount Constructions. Design | Construction | Interior is seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Site In-Charge to independently manage civil construction and finishing works for a residential project in Bengaluru.

• 4–8 years of site experience.
• Residential/apartment construction experience preferred.
• Strong civil + finishing works experience.
• Independent management of subcontractors and site activities.
• Good knowledge of drawings, measurements and construction practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to take ownership of project timelines and quality.
• Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check quantities and coordinate measurements/billing.
• Monitor material requirements and wastage.
• Ensure proper site safety practices and PPE compliance.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals.
• Manage manpower and subcontractor productivity.
• Assist in project handover and final snag rectification.
