Job summary

JP Constro And Infra is seeking a seasoned civil engineer to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Maharashtra. You will ensure execution per drawings, specs and quality standards, while coordinating with contractors and site staff to maintain progress.

The role requires hands-on measurements, progress reporting, strict safety adherence, and collaboration with planning, billing and procurement teams. Relevant experience in roads/bridges/infrastructure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 25 years of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in roads, bridges, railways, earthwork, or other infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site staff.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Check quality of work and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with planning, billing, purchase, and project teams as required.
