About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil / Site Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Monitor and check construction work quality as per drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project work.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers.
• Verify contractor work, measurements, and assist in preparing BOQ and bills.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Ensure proper usage of materials and prevent wastage.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies at site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site support as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in site execution, construction supervision, or civil project management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
