Job summary

Aura Constructions in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Site Coordinator to oversee coordination across ongoing civil construction sites in Bengaluru. The role will rotate across multiple active projects as needed. The candidate should have 5+ years of site coordination experience, be based in Bengaluru, and willing to travel across sites.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is required. The position offers exposure to diverse residential and commercial projects with constant site-to-head office

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of site coordination experience on residential/commercial projects.
• Strong AutoCAD and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to independently manage client/PMC and vendor relationships.
• Based in Bangalore and willing to travel across sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site engineers, head office, and client/PMC teams on drawings issuance, revisions and approvals.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor coordination for materials and labour mobilization.
• Plan and track execution against project schedule; flag delays proactively.
• Resolve RFIs and site queries with consultants/PMC promptly.
• Coordinate procurement to ensure material availability with site progress.
• Track daily progress and prepare management reports.
• Support site documentation (DPRs, material records, work orders).
• Move between multiple active sites as priorities require.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with site engineers, head office, and client/PMC teams on drawing issuance, revisions, and approvals
• Manage vendor and subcontractor coordination for material supply and labour mobilization
• Plan and track execution of works against the project schedule, flagging delays proactively
• Resolve RFIs and site queries with consultants/PMC in a timely manner
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability aligned with site progress
• Track daily progress and prepare reports for management
• Support site documentation (DPRs, material records, work order tracking)
• Move between multiple active sites as project priorities requires

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in site coordination for residential/commercial projects
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Proven ability to independently manage client/PMC and vendor relationships
• Based in Bangalore, willing to travel across multiple sites
