Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Site Engineer with strong technical expertise in structural execution and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, capable of handling Auto Level instruments, and experienced in managing day-to-day site execution activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute structural and civil works as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Handle Auto Level and other surveying instruments for layout, leveling, and measurement activities.
• Raise RFIs (Request for Information) to consultants/clients for clarifications and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Identify execution challenges and support the team in resolving technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with structural drawings, quality norms, and engineering standards.
