Job summary

Care Plus Facility Private Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities at the project site in Maharashtra, India. You will interpret AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications include a Civil Engineering diploma/BE/B.Tech and 2–6 years of site execution experience, with hands-on AutoCAD.

• Read, interpret, and work with AutoCAD drawings

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site
• Check quality of civil work and ensure compliance with project standards
• Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate for necessary revisions
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising construction activities at the project site, interpreting AutoCAD drawings, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Read, interpret, and work with AutoCAD drawings.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain work records.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Check quality of civil work and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate for necessary revisions.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
• Coordinate with the Planning, Billing, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Assist in quantity estimation, material requirements, and site measurements.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and report major concerns to the Project Manager.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
• Good understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently at project sites.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–6 years of experience in site execution and supervision.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in residential buildings, commercial projects, villas, high-rise construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and handling site execution is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
