Responsibilities

• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party APIs.
• Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, and automated workflows using Flow Designer.
• Build custom applications using App Engine and low-code capabilities.
• Develop and enhance Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
• Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

You will work on complex transformation initiatives, helping organizations automate processes, improve service delivery, and enhance user experiences through the ServiceNow platform.

What You'll Be Doing

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
