Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune. The role emphasizes architecture, integration, and AI-driven features built on GenAI and LLMs.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, guiding technical direction, governance, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow applications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/architecture.
• Strong expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications.
• Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search and Now Assist.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI and RAG.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth and SAML.
• Strong architecture, client handling, team leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect ServiceNow solutions at scale.
• Lead integration workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver AI-enabled ServiceNow features.
