Job summary

Harita Techserv is seeking an experienced AI Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience to deploy Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, and Document Intelligence across customer instances.

You will translate AI transformation blueprints into working configurations, integrations, and workflows, prototype AI use cases, and drive measurable adoption across environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience deploying Now Assist / Generative AI and related AI capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and sprint delivery.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Implementation Specialist with strong hands‑on ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience, along with expertise in Generative AI and ServiceNow AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying AI solutions, configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities, translating AI transformation strategies into working solutions, and driving AI adoption across customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Now Assist capabilities, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, and Document Intelligence across customer instances.
• Translate AI Transformation Architect blueprints into working configurations, integrations, and workflows following ServiceNow best practices.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases based on customer‑defined success metrics.
• Drive measurable AI adoption outcomes, including active user rates, workflow automation coverage, and time-to-value for Now Assist features.
• Partner with AI Transformation Architects to execute customer‑specific AI adoption roadmaps, sprint plans, and go‑live checklists.
• Conduct customer workshops, enablement sessions, and hands‑on training to improve AI literacy and adoption.
• Identify and elevate technical, organizational, and behavioral adoption blockers and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Act as the technical SME for AI‑related questions, issues, configurations, and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Participate as an SME in customer steering meetings, executive briefings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Identify and troubleshoot configuration conflicts, data gaps, and architecture issues that may impact AI activation.
• Document customer configurations, AI use cases, outcomes, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing and future implementations.
• Apply AI concepts to business processes, decision‑making, problem‑solving, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead technical workstreams when required.
• Support customer engagements and travel up to 30% annually.

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
