Job summary

Pyramid IT Consulting in Hyderabad, India, seeks a senior ServiceNow consultant to lead complex implementation and configuration projects. You will design scalable solutions using a range of ServiceNow AI features, collaborate with clients, and ensure successful delivery in an agile setting.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, CIS certs, familiarity with Flow Designer and APIs, and strong communication with stakeholders to drive governance and data management practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI solutions: Now Assist (GenAI), AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, or Document Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD certification preferred.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Studio IDE, REST/SOAP APIs, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and deliver in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, and change management is an advantage.
• Good understanding of data management, integrations, and database concepts.
