Job summary

Computer Generated Solutions in Hyderabad seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and customize enterprise workflows, focusing on ITSM, CSM, ITBM, CMDB, and data integration.

You will implement Domain Separation, scripting in JavaScript, and integrations via REST/SOAP, build dashboards and reports, provide hands-on support to internal users and clients, and participate in new deployments with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• CSA and CAD certifications are required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, with a focus on Enterprise Domain Separation and related modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITBM, CMDB, Data Integration, HR).

• Lead or support workflow automation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding) using ServiceNow Flow Designer and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., CMDB, Okta, Kaseya, Azure, Qualys, SGC) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and enhance dashboards, widgets, and reports to support operational and compliance needs.
• Provide hands-on application support for internal ServiceNow users (agents, supervisors, managers) and external consulting clients.
• Participate in new ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and end-user support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend best practices and improve workflows in alignment with IT and Help Desk regulations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required.
• Minimum 6-7 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience and 10+ years in IT, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Strong ServiceNow development background with proven experience in scripting (Domain Separation, JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (Health scan and Instance scan, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM).
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, ATF, or automated testing tools.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure DevOps, or similar cloud/DevOps tools.
