Job summary

Trion Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to develop and configure requirements on the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, Service Catalog and Employee Center. You will configure and develop workflows, integrations, APIs, and data models to support new modules and platform capabilities.

The role includes testing, upgrades and releases to ensure smooth delivery. The ideal candidate has 10 to 12 years of experience with strong knowledge of ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and scripting on the ServiceNow platform across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and Asset Management.
• Experience with Employee Center and Service Catalog usage on enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and data modelling within ServiceNow.
