Job summary

• Develop REST and SOAP integrations and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in design, code reviews, testing, deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while optimizing performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
• ServiceNow upgrade process end to end.
