Job summary

Quess IT Solutions in Bangalore is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 12 years of experience for a hybrid role.

You will design, develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions across modules, including UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, and integrations with enterprise apps. The role requires strong JavaScript development skills (Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes) and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB, Service Portal, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Expert in ServiceNow development including Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
• Expert in REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB, Service Portal and Service Catalog.
• Experience in upgrades, production support, and agile/scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Build and customize pages, widgets using UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Create reusable components, business rules, scripts and UI actions.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations and third-party connections.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, testing and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow upgrade processes.
