Job summary

RITWIK IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors EC. You will lead EC modules, provide BAU support, and drive HR/payroll data integrations from EC to downstream systems.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication with HR, Payroll and IT teams and is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid model (2 days WFO). Immediate notice period is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years overall experience with 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central and BAU/Production support.
• Experience with EC Payroll, Payroll, Benefits integrations.
• Ability to coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT and AMS teams.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3/production/BAU support and incident management.
• Implement enhancements, change requests, data corrections and configuration.
• Manage quarterly release activities, regression testing and post-release support.
• Support onboarding, performance and goals and/or compensation integrations.
• Ensure EC payroll/benefits integrations and data issues are resolved.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT and AMS teams.

Looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central and production/BAU support.

Key Skills Required:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) – strong hands-on experience
• Foundation Objects, Position Management, MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP
• Time Off / Time Management – Time Accounts, Accruals, Holiday Calendars, Eligibility
• L3 / Production / BAU support, Incident Management and RCA
• Enhancements, Change Requests, data corrections and configuration
• Quarterly release activities, regression testing and post-release support
• Experience in Onboarding, Performance & Goals and/or Compensation is preferred
• Good understanding of EC Payroll / Payroll / Benefits integrations and downstream data issues
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination with HR, Payroll, IT and AMS teams
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification preferred

Good to Have:

Multi-country/EMEA support experience, Compensation implementation/support, ITIL/CAB exposure, mentoring experience.
