Job summary

Oasis Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant to lead payroll configuration, implementation and support across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with additional GCC country rollouts.

You will manage India payroll compliance and ensure successful rollouts with cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in payroll schemas, WPS/ GOSI, EOSB and statutory reporting, and will involve AI-assisted tooling for documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll across implementation and support.
• Mandatory hands-on payroll implementation and/or support experience in Egypt, in addition to India, UAE and KSA payroll.
• Strong expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, processing classes and statutory configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll configuration, implementation and support across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt with GCC rollouts.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant to lead payroll configuration, implementation and support across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, with additional GCC country rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP HCM Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, retroactive payroll, off-cycle runs, Pre-DME/DME and payment processing.
• Manage India payroll compliance, including TDS, PF/EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus and statutory reporting.
• Manage UAE and KSA payroll, including WPS/SIF, GOSI, end-of-service benefits, statutory leave and applicable labour regulations.
• Implement and support Egypt payroll, including applicable tax, social insurance and statutory compliance requirements.
• Support payroll rollouts across Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.
• Configure Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll validations, exception handling and monitoring.
• Manage SAP FI/CO integration, SuccessFactors Employee Central integration, bank payment formats and statutory forms.
• Lead legacy data migration, parallel payroll runs, reconciliation, testing, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Design payslips and statutory forms, including bilingual English/Arabic documents where required.
• Use AI tools such as Copilot and Claude for documentation, test scripts, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience across implementation and support.
• Mandatory hands-on payroll implementation and/or support experience in Egypt, in addition to India, UAE and KSA payroll.
• Strong expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, processing classes and statutory configuration.
• Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance, UAE WPS, Saudi GOSI, EOSB and applicable Egyptian payroll regulations.
• Experience with PCC, Pre-DME/DME, FI/CO posting, HR Forms/Adobe Forms and SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Proven experience in payroll migration, parallel runs, reconciliation, testing and cutover.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline; SAP S/4HANA or Employee Central Payroll certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and confidentiality skills.
