Oasis Investment Co. LLC (Al Shirawi Group) is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant to lead end-to-end payroll operations for India and regional entities from its Mumbai delivery centre.

The role involves configuring schemas, PCRs, wage types, and ensuring compliance across TDS, PF, GOSI, WPS, EOSB, with strong emphasis on data migration and cutover. The candidate will integrate SAP Payroll with SuccessFactors EC (BIB), drive Payroll Control Center activities, and manage FI/CO

Qualifications

• Requires 10 to 18 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP Payroll end-to-end for India, UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
• Configure schemas and PCRs.
• Manage wage types and compliance setups (TDS, PF, GOSI, WPS, EOSB).
• Payroll Control Center and FI/CO posting.
• Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central (BIB).
• Data migration and cutover activities.
