Job summary

Inflexion, a SAP Gold Partner, seeks an SAP Payroll Consultant to implement, configure and support payroll solutions for GCC markets with UAE payroll experience. You’ll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, compliant payroll and ensure seamless EC to ECP integrations.

You will drive workshops, translate requirements into working solutions, and contribute to upgrades and migrations while adhering to local regulatory rules and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years SAP HCM Payroll or ECP experience
• Experience on support or implementation projects
• UAE Payroll experience
• EC to ECP integration (Point-to-Point replication)
• PA, OM and Time Management basics as they relate to payroll
• Comfortable working directly with customers

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP Payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types) to meet customer and legal requirements
• Support live payroll: investigate and resolve issues, find the root cause and prevent repeat problems
• Run requirement workshops and turn requirements into working solutions
• Ensure payroll solutions meet the legal rules of the customer country
• Work on support testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare
• Coordinate with Employee Central, Finance and Time Management teams on integrations
• Contribute to upgrades, enhancements and migrations

Job Description

We’re looking for an SAP Payroll Consultant with experience in SAP HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to implement, configure and support payroll solutions for our GCC customers. You’ll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, compliant payroll.

Key Objectives

• Configure and enhance SAP Payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types) to meet customer and legal requirements
• Support live payroll: investigate and resolve issues, find the root cause and prevent repeat problems
• Run requirement workshops and turn requirements into working solutions
• Make sure each payroll solution meets the legal rules of the customer’s country
• Should able to work on support testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare
• Work with Employee Central, Finance and Time Management teams on integrations
• Contribute to upgrades, enhancements and migrations

• Working knowledge of EC to ECP integration (Point-to-Point replication)
• Working or Basics of PA, OM and Time Management as they relate to payroll

Nice to Have

• EC to S/4HANA HCM integration experience (BIB)
• Experience with other GCC payrolls (KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait)
• Basic knowledge on Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• SAP certification in Employee Central Payroll or Employee Central
• A background in HR or payroll operations before moving into SAP
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
