Job summary

Infosys Limited in Chennai is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll expert with 5–9 years of experience to join our consulting team. You will diagnose client issues, design innovative solutions, and help deploy them to achieve client delight.

You will lead end-to-end payroll implementations, configure PA/OM/Time Management and integrate with S/4 HANA and third-party systems, while coordinating with stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM experience with Payroll
• 3 End to End SAP HCM Payroll implementations – for each of these phases’ requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing, data migration
• Experience in Payroll/Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of more than one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions for client delight
• Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and contributing to solution design
• Plan activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and resolve queries
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates
• Actively lead small projects and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high quality value-added solutions

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, mainly Payroll
• Experience in minimum 3 End to End SAP HCM Payroll implementations – for each of these phases’ requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing,data migration
• Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of more than one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC
• Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/ Interfaces/ FIORI APPS
• Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors and other third-party systems will be added benefit.
• Should have led a team in minimum 2 SAP HCM Projects
• Excellent Communication and ability to work as team, as role will require to have extensive meetings with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contact
