Job summary

TymblHub is seeking an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for onsite duties in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of SAP HR/HCM Payroll experience and will manage end-to-end payroll operations for US/Canada, including year-end activities and tax handling.

You will configure SAP PA/OM/Time modules, handle PCRs, schemas, and wage types, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensure data accuracy, and support compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP HR/HCM with Payroll experience.
• Hands-on with PCRs, schemas, and payroll cycles.
• Experience with US/Canada payroll and year-end updates.
• Familiarity with HR modules: PA, OM, Time.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations (US/Canada) including on-cycle, off-cycle, retro, year-end, W2/W2C, tax, deductions, and benefits.
• Configure and support SAP HR modules: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, schemas, PCRs, features, infotypes, and payroll posting.
• Analyze and resolve payroll issues, SLA-based incidents using ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy.
• Perform UAT/BAT, test cases, validate payroll results, manage releases and year-end activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, support integrations (SAP, Payroll systems).
• Support data audits, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.
• Work with cross-functional teams for optimization, documentation, and process improvements.
