Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in SAP Payroll, Positive Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration to lead end-to-end implementations. The role requires a proven track record on at least 3 SAP HCM projects and a minimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience.

You will analyze client requirements, design effective SAP HCM solutions, configure and implement modules, conduct workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
• Extensive experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration modules.
• Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Note: Middle east payroll experience is added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP HCM implementation projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM.

Note: Middle east payroll experience is added advantage
