Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Lead with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to lead large-scale implementation and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Greenfield and Brownfield SAP HCM implementations on S/4HANA platforms.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects.
• Configure and support Payroll Schemas, Functions, Wage Types, and Payroll Processes.
• Design and implement Time Management (Positive & Negative Time Management) solutions for large organizations, preferably manufacturing clients.
• Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, realization activities, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Drive employee master data, time management, and payroll data migration activities.
• Implement and support SAP Fiori applications related to Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with Indian payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide consulting expertise to business and HR teams.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM implementation projects for large enterprises.
• Deep understanding of Indian Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Taxation, PF, ESI, PT, and related regulations.
• Expertise in configuring Payroll Schemas, Functions, Rules, and Wage Types.
• Experience with Time Management (Positive and Negative) configurations.
• Proven experience working with large domestic PSU customers.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications for PA, Time, and Payroll modules.
• Strong experience in data migration, testing, user training, and change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in large-scale manufacturing or similar industries.
• Exposure to S/4HANA HCM transformation projects.
• Experience managing complex payroll implementations with multiple legal entities and employee populations.
