Job description

As an SAP consultant, you will provide consulting and support for our Business Process Owner in the customer service area (SAP-CS) and advise the business departments on all IT matters based on the defined target architecture.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the SAP CS team for our international SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• Conceive, design and implement business solutions in the area of Customer Service (focus on CS, FSM) considering our governance model.
• Carry out the customization of the application, the functional tests, plus support with integration tests or user acceptance tests. The creation of IT concepts as input for our development team is also part of your task.
• Advise and support the selection of suitable applications.
• Provide holistic support for our SAP logistics applications, add-ons and interfaces to subsystems (including technical 2nd Level support).
• Work closely with our internal colleagues in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study.
• Comprehensive SAP consulting experience in the conception and implementation of business processes in the SAP Customer Service environment, with a focus on SAP CS.
• Experience in S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Field Service Management appreciated.
• In‑depth SAP knowledge in the area of service‑to‑cash processes, cross‑module integration knowledge in the area of logistics (SD), as well as the underlying master data.
• Practical experience in the conception and implementation of business processes in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Several years of work outside of India for international companies.
• Experience in introducing new processes or systems.
• Team player with a cross‑functional and process‑oriented mindset, strong analytical skills combined with assertiveness.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with diplomatic skills.
• Confident demeanor, independent way of working and strong communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of German would be a benefit.
