Job summary

YASH Technologies in Hyderabad seeks an accomplished SAP CS professional with 10+ years of experience to implement and support the CS module on SAP S/4HANA Rise on AWS. You will handle service contracts, maintenance, and analytics while ensuring seamless integration with non-SAP systems.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work in a 24x5 support model, and a track record of customer trust. Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent is expected, with S/4HANA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP CS module experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience of SAP S/4HANA Rise on AWS is mandatory
• S4 Certification will be added advantage
• Experience on CS topics: Service Order Management, Maintenance, Warranty Claim, Interactions Center Service Request Management

Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in handling issues, troubleshooting and support functions.
• Experience in building integration of SAP with non‑SAP applications.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Solution Manager.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
