Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience is a must.

• Experience with API and integration testing required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate Flows, Apex Triggers, and Automation.
• Engage in API Testing using REST and SOAP.
• Test Salesforce integrations with ERP and external systems.
• Track defects and perform root cause analysis using JIRA.
• Work in Agile/Scrum-based delivery environments.
