Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce QA test engineer to join our growing QA team. You will design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring quality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The role requires hands-on manual testing, API testing, and defect tracking experience in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce QA/testing is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform is essential.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with Salesforce flows and process automation is desirable.
• Experience with API testing and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT support.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom implementations.
• Validate APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint quality goals.
• Prepare test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
