Job summary

Dabur is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive primary and secondary sales targets, build robust distribution, and ensure timely order booking and stock availability across assigned markets. You will execute trade marketing schemes, promotions, and merchandising plans to maximize visibility and turnover.

The role covers Horeca sales in Noida and Gurugram and General Trade in Jodhpur and Delhi, requiring hands‑on territory management, new stockist appointments, accurate data reporting,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles within consumer goods distribution.
• Strong ability to achieve sales targets and drive distribution.

Responsibilities

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and drive effective distribution through SSMs.
• Drive retail business growth, NPD launches and opportunity brand sales.
• Ensure effective order booking, execution and stock availability across assigned markets.
• Implement trade marketing schemes, promotions and BTL activities as per plans.
• Ensure optimum utilization of visibility spends and effective merchandising/POSM execution.
• Manage stockist inventory and maintain optimum stock levels; drive new stockist appointments.
• Maintain accurate sales trackers, SMR, REACH data and timely MIS reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims with complete supporting documentation.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, customer complaints and emerging opportunities.
• Track SSM performance, incentive achievement and key productivity parameters including T LSD.
• Support new market development, business expansion and other strategic sales initiatives.
• Horeca Sales experience is needed for Noida & Gurugram; General Trade for Delhi & Jodhpur.
