Dabur is seeking a Senior Sales/Distribution Manager in India to drive primary and secondary sales targets and build strong distribution networks through SSMs. The role includes retail growth, NPD launches, and expanding opportunity brand sales across assigned markets.

The candidate should have an MBA/PGDM with at least 4 years of experience and be capable of strategic sales initiatives, stockist management, and MIS reporting to support Dabur's market expansion.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM required.
• Experience: 4+ years in sales/marketing roles.
• Age limit: 38 years max.

Responsabilités

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and drive distribution through SSMs.
• Drive retail business growth, NPD launches and opportunity brand sales.
• Ensure order booking, execution and stock availability across markets.
• Implement trade marketing schemes, promotions and BTL activities as per plans.
• Maximize visibility spends and ensure proper merchandising/POSM execution.
• Manage stockist inventory and drive new stockist appointments.
• Maintain sales trackers, SMR, REACH data and timely MIS reporting.
• Submit claims accurately with complete documentation.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitors, complaints and opportunities.
• Track SSM performance, incentives and productivity metrics including LSD.
• Support new market development and strategic sales initiatives.

• Ensure optimum utilization of visibility spends and effective merchandising/POSM execution.
• Manage stockist inventory and maintain optimum stock levels; drive new stockist appointments.
• Maintain accurate sales trackers, SMR, REACH data and timely MIS reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims with complete supporting documentation.
• Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, customer complaints and emerging opportunities.
• Track SSM performance, incentive achievement and key productivity parameters including T LSD.
• Support new market development, business expansion and other strategic sales initiatives.
