Job summary

Big Fm in Hyderabad is seeking a media sales professional to engage retail clients and agencies across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Trivandrum. You will provide branded content solutions on the spot, pivot conversations, and generate new business leads through multiple engagement channels.

The role requires 1–4 years in media sales, strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in the local language, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Radio/ TV / Print media or Entertainment Industry sales preferable.

• Should have knowledge of Hyderabad, Chennai , Trivandrum based Retail clients and agencies
• Should have the smartness and presence of mind to provide on the spot Branded content solutions to the Retail clients objections and concerns as well as to be able to Pivot from a prepped position basis the conversation
• Establish relationships with new and niche Clients to expand our reach.
• Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for our clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with our existing partner to understand how we can help them grow while also knowing which product offers and price best fit their model.
• Generate new business leads and build relationships.
• Significant interaction with clients and agencies, both face-to-face, online and over the telephone.
• Identify business opportunities through research of specific industry or market.
• Understand customers business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
• Ensuring high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of product specifications.

Preferred candidate profile
