Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Home Loans & LAP in NBFCs or Banks
• Strong login-to-disbursement knowledge for mid-ticket loans

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Sourcing: Sourcing Home Loans and LAP ranging from 10L to 1 Cr.
• Segment Mastery: Catering to both formal income profiles and high-end informal income segments.
• Network Building: Empanelling and activating DSAs, local connectors, and builder networks.
• Market Penetration: Driving open market sourcing and references in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Thane.
• End-to-End Processing: Managing the customer journey from login to final disbursement.
• Credit Coordination: Working closely with credit teams to resolve underwriting queries.
