Key Information

• Role: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in Home Loans & LAP
• Locations: Airoli, Navi Mumbai , Thane
• Target Ticket Size: 10 Lakhs to 1 Crore
• Salary: Competitive CTC + High Sourcing Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Sourcing: Sourcing Home Loans and LAP ranging from 10L to 1 Cr.
• Segment Mastery: Catering to both formal income profiles and high-end informal income segments.
• Network Building: Empanelling and activating DSAs, local connectors, and builder networks.
• Market Penetration: Driving open market sourcing and references in Airoli, Navi Mumbai , Thane.
• End-to-End Processing: Managing the customer journey from login to final disbursement.
• Credit Coordination: Working closely with credit teams to resolve underwriting queries.

Required Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in NBFCs, or Banks handling mortgages.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of login-to-disbursement cycles for mid-ticket loans.
• Geographical Expertise: Strong local network and market knowledge of the applied location.
