Job summary

CenturyPly is seeking a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in the Siliguri region. You will manage channel partners, builders, architects, interior designers, and project consultants to secure primary and secondary sales for Century PVC Composites.

You will supervise field staff, analyze market opportunities, and ensure timely order execution, collections, and reporting. A minimum of 2 years in channel or project sales, with travel readiness, is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is mandatory.
• MBA preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in same location/territory.
• Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive primary and secondary sales.
• Generate business through builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
• Handle influencers including architects, interior designers, fabricators, contractors, and carpenters.
• Guide and monitor field staff/sales promoters where applicable.
• Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and collect competitor intelligence.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely order execution and collections.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct shop meets/Contractor Meets.

Role Purpose

Drive business growth by managing channel partners, project sales, influencer relationships, team performance, and market development for Century PVC Composites.

Key Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong market knowledge, negotiation, communication, and team handling skills.
