CenturyPly, a leading player in plywood and decorative panels, is seeking a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive in Siliguri. You will drive growth by managing channel partners, builders, architects, and project consultants, while guiding field staff to achieve monthly targets.

The role requires at least 2 years in channel or project sales, a relevant undergraduate degree (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is mandatory (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in PVC, WPC, Building Materials, plywood, laminates, doors, furniture, or interior products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive primary and secondary sales.
• Generate business through builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
• Handle influencers including architects, interior designers, fabricators, contractors, and carpenters.
• Guide and monitor field staff/sales promoters where applicable.
• Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and collect competitor intelligence.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely order execution and collections.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Role Purpose

Drive business growth by managing channel partners, project sales, influencer relationships, team performance, and market development for Century PVC Composites.

Key Responsibilities
