The candidate should have 2+ years in channel and project sales, with exposure to PVC, WPC, building materials, plywood, laminates, doors, and interior products. Willingness to travel and report to the Area/Branch Sales Manager is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales.

• Handle influencers including architects, interior designers, fabricators, contractors, and carpenters.
• Guide and monitor field staff and sales promoters.
• Conduct market visits and collect competitor intelligence.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely orders and collections.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct shop meets and contractor meets.

Role Purpose

Drive business growth by managing channel partners, project sales, influencer relationships, team performance, and market development for Century PVC Composites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive primary and secondary sales.
• Generate business through builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
• Handle influencers including architects, interior designers, fabricators, contractors, and carpenters.
• Guide and monitor field staff/sales promoters where applicable.
• Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and collect competitor intelligence.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely order execution and collections.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct shop meets/Contractor Meets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales.
• Experience in PVC, WPC, Building Materials, Plywood, Laminates, Doors, Furniture, or Interior Products preferred.
• Strong market knowledge, negotiation, communication, and team handling skills.

Eligibility

• An undergraduate degree is mandatory. (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Must have prior experience in the same location/territory.
• Willing to travel extensively.
