CenturyPly in Jaipuri is seeking a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive to drive growth by managing channel partners, project sales, and influencer relationships. The role requires 2+ years of experience in channel and project sales and a willingness to travel within the territory.

You will oversee dealers, distributors, builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors; ensure timely order execution and collections, and contribute to market development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of channel and project sales experience.
• Experience in PVC, WPC, building materials or related products.
• Strong market knowledge and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive primary and secondary sales.

• Guide and monitor field staff/sales promoters where applicable.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely order execution and collections.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Role Purpose

Drive business growth by managing channel partners, project sales, influencer relationships, team performance, and market development for Century PVC Composites.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong market knowledge, negotiation, communication, and team handling skills.

Eligibility

• An undergraduate degree is mandatory. (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Must have prior experience in the same location/territory.
• Willing to travel extensively.
