Job summary

Century PVC Composites in Kolhapur is seeking a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive to drive growth by managing channel partners, project sales, and influencer relationships. You will lead market development and ensure strong performance of the sales team.

The role requires 2+ years in channel and project sales with building materials experience; willingness to travel is essential. Undergraduate degree is mandatory; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in channel sales and project sales.
• Experience in PVC, plywood, laminates, or related building materials preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; capable of leading a team.
• Willing to travel extensively; in-person stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive primary and secondary sales.
• Generate business through builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
• Handle influencers including architects, interior designers, fabricators, contractors, and carpenters.
• Guide and monitor field staff/sales promoters.
• Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and collect competitor intelligence.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely order execution and collections.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct shop meets/Contractor Meets.

Role Purpose

Drive business growth by managing channel partners, project sales, influencer relationships, team performance, and market development for Century PVC Composites.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong market knowledge, negotiation, communication, and team handling skills.

Eligibility
