The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent customer relationships, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include expanding the customer base, visiting clients, negotiating quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in PVC products, interior products, building materials, construction materials, or related industries preferred.
• Strong B2B and B2C sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop new B2B and B2C customers in the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, interior designers, contractors, and other potential clients.
• Present and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with customers.
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the office, production, dispatch, and other teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Support the company in expanding its presence in the local market.
