Job summary

Visator Realty in West Pune is seeking a dynamic real estate sales professional to convert verified leads into property sales. You will understand client requirements, present suitable projects, and arrange site visits.

You will personally attend visits, negotiate to close deals, and maintain regular CRM updates. Local Pune market knowledge and own vehicle are preferred; a Bachelor's or Master's degree is required. Health insurance and sales incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Proven sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Local market knowledge (Pune) preferred.
• Own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Connect with company-provided verified leads via calls and understand their requirements
• Suggest suitable projects/properties based on budget, location, and preferences
• Arrange and schedule site visits as per client convenience
• Attend and conduct site visits with clients
• Negotiate and drive the deal to closure
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through the sales pipeline
• Update CRM with lead status, client interactions, and closure details
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat/referral business
